Talwyn is rather tall, with lean muscle thanks to years of lightsaber combat. His skin is bright red, with ridges along his forearms, shins, thighs, knuckles, back and between his pectoral muscles. He has prominently pointed canines, the tip of his tongue is slightly pointier than a human's. Eye color is yellow, with black sclera. Hair color is dark red, almost the color of blood, which he ties back in a ponytail. The spurs on his face are bone, and he has spurs on the tips of his ears, pointing backwards.

Like may Sith purebloods, he has some facial piercings, including two silver nostril rings, a silver mod on his upper nose, and cartilage piercings in both ears.

He tends to wear a lot of black and purple.
